Talk to Eye Specialist on Eyes Pain

Hi, I am having strange pain in my left eye since last 10 days. I feel heaviness in the muscles of eye. As if somebody is applying pressure. No itching, no redness. Dr. Prescribed these medicines. Said, there are germs. I thought, it's because of phone. Cz I use phone too much. And pain gets unbeatable after I look to screen. And what's the name of the second eye drop, I couldn't get it. Is it lubricane? This is what the pharmacist gave us.
