Hello, it's been a week, since the temperature jumped up, my mother eyes have started itching, and they swelled. She is using some eye drops and rose water. But not working. Her eyes seems white. Suggestions needed plz

Salam, it is not that painful, she feels as if there are dust and sand particles in it. And, keh rhe jesy jaal ho ankhon par... Sahi se nazar b nhi ata especially jab itching zyada hoti hy tab

give her xinoxy eye ointment every night on eye lids which reduce her swelling and tear plus eye drops to reduce itching 4 times in a day

then have a proper checkup from nearby hospital. she might be having nasolacromal duct blockage
