when a person is having decrease vision since childhood then most likely its retina is myopic.like his eye ball is smaller in size than usual naturally. so in that case, if you don't use your glasses then it gets weak time by time. and lasik doesn't have much benefit. and yes there is very much role of retina

ur topography may show corneal thinnig and ur k readings will be un stable.. thats why doctor refused u lasik surgery.... check ur refraction if it shows high cylender.. consult ur ophthalmologist again

ur cornea thining will be in ur topography.. show it to me on my WhatsApp.. _7 number can be eliminated with laser if topography is good.. it has to be checked.. u belong to which city.. i am at peshawar
