Talk to Eye Specialist on Eye Problem

My nephew age 3.5 months has an eye problem like his one eye is turned outward as you can see in the picture below we also had his eye checked by a doctor. The doctor said that it's allergic and prescribed some eye drops eye lub,moxigan and nepra ointment we are giving him these drops for 14 days but no response from these Kindly tell what is the solution
