My 3.5 month old baby boy does not move his eyes with the objects and light....he has poor fluctation to light.although he see us and passes a smile and grab our finger placed infront of him his eye ball does not corelate with each other and ball even vibrates some time
You need to get your child's eye checked by a specialist as soon as possible. There are several causes of the symptoms you describe and thus needs proper evaluation before a management plan can be chalked out.
There are many possible reasons, from as simple as your child requiring glasses to others that require a more in depth examination. Salam ji mostly this happens when eyesights is too weak since birth or
parents are having eye sights as well
Second most common condition is either squint (bhainga pann) or night
blimdness if parents r cosuin mariage
So all this vibration is due to poor vision
So plz visit nearby eye specialist
And exam under anesthesia should b done as soon as possible to rule out
poor vision
If child is cooperative then can b assessed but most likly he needs to b examined under GA
