he is having localized infection of the lower lid. yse following medicines.
1. Syp velosef 250 mg one tea spoon twice a day for 5 days.
2. Blephamide eye ointment apply on the lesion and on lowerlid lashes roots for 10 days.
3. Syp. panadol 1 tea spoon if there is pain
Its seems.to be a boil on the face.. Use Amgydex eye oint twice daily and Syp Brufen 1/2 tsf three times a day. It will be OK within 2-3 days InshaAllah

looks like insect bite no need of eye drops. just use some syrup like amoxil and calpol for 4 days
