Talk to Eye Specialist on Eye

Hi, from last 11, 12 days, my left eye hurts. It is not red, or itchy, it just hurts. As if the whole eye ball hurts. Esp the left side of it. Like the region betwee eye and ear. I used rose water etc and minimised the use of screens and phones, and did eye exercises. Didn't work. I use phone a lot, and esp. While lying on bed. Please give your opinion on this matter. What should I do please.
