Asking For Father, Male 65, lahore
my father's left eye ultrasound report:"retina shows hemorhagic detachment at posterior pole". he has lost vision in central portion of his left eye. he feels light through that eye, i.e. its not pitch dark but he cant see objects/anything through that eye... can you plz tell if the vision in left eye can be regained? reports attached

This is a case of CNVM or Wet AMD. Your father needs AntiVEGF intravitreal inj. please consult a specialist for that
that depends on the response to injections. we also need an OCT of both eyes

he needs intravitreal AntiVEGF injections in left eye... For right eye OCT is required for any comment...
for that he needs AntiVEGF injection

?????? ?????Right eye must be addressed High IOP will cause more irreparable loss. LT needs inj and vitrectomy

what treatment does he need for right eye? he is taking supplements that have antioxidants, plus he is using eye drops
