Talk to Eye Specialist on Anisometropic Amblyopia

I've been diagnosed with anisometropic amblyopia(right eye amblyopic) i have had lazy eye since early childhood i went to ophthalmologist he prescribed me cylindrical glasses with right eye 0.75 and left plane ive been wearing them is last 5 months but no improvement what should i do? what are my other treatment option is my condition treatable?
the left eye with plano.. will remain like this.. please dont mind but it will show no improvement.. dont expect any improvement either.. its treatment is possible upto 10 years age.. u are now 20.. so please be satisfied with ALLAH will.. enjoy ur life with the other eye.. and be happy

0.75 is not very huge amblyopia.. whats ur vision in rt eye.. and amblyopia should have at least 2 diopter difference btween two eyes.. it does not fall in anisometropic amblyopia
