Talk to ENT on Throat Problem

A.o.a im breast feeding mother of 2months old baby...imfrom karachi but at present im in rawalpindi for some visit...i dont know any good doctor here for throat pain...i had tried many remedies but nothing happened..i had severe throt pain and i want to know any otc medicine for throat pain which doesn't excrete in breast feed..plz help to prescribed any otc medicine
