I have nose picking problem since childhood. I feel the urge to pick my nose every hour or two. I feel dyness, and mucus developing in my nose if I dont pick it.If I dont touch my nose, mucus develops which makes me frustrated. Then I feel if I dont wash or pick it, I wont be able to breathe. Please tell how do I overcome this issue? I try applying vaseline and washing but its not possible everytime. I feel too much mucus develops in my nose

you need to lubricate your nose properly with polyfax eye ointment and liquid paraffin.
better to get it examined by ENT specialist first.
as professor munazza said, use liquid paraffin many times a day,use fusicort cream in the nose gently at night. All for minimum 2 weeks.stop nose picking 100%
