Hey Dr!! My nose got bleed very badly today fresh red drops of blood n vigorous flow. Samr happened some days back. I couldn't find out the reason, just having headache specially skull area not forehead since week. Kindly help me out i would be very much grateful to you. PS: I'm mother of 9 months old baby deliver via C.Sec. I have this issue of nose bleeding in pregnancy as well which stop after delivery of baby, that was very often and not much flow like nowadays. Thanks in anticipation
xynocin nasal spray three times a day
nd get ur self examined by ent specialist please
don't blow the nose
don't put finger into the nose
start medicines for 1 week
cap transamine 500mg thrice
tab atarax 10mg twice
tab alp 0.5mg at night

Mostly nose bleeding is from front part .when bleeding u take cotton swab soak in cold water sand pinch the nose with it for two to three minutes while doing it take breath from mouth, usually it stops other wise consult near by ENT consultation and he cauterise the bleeding vessel. Medicine to use CAP Transamine 500mg twice a day for three to five days,
