I have impaired hearing since my childhood. the problem i am facing these days is severe sounds and noises in ears. such noises further adding difficulties in hearing. and also i want to know if any surgry can support in regaining my hearing because over the years it has only worsened? or hearing aids is the only solution. i did an app based hearing test which is attached here.

This report shows sever Sensory neural hearing loss. surgery can only be done at early age for these patients. No use of surgery at this stage. Hearing Aids and medications for niose will be beneficial for you.
You need to consult an audiologist fr a proper audiigram on the basis of which it can be decided whether a digital aid or implant are needed
