Male, 29yrs here. Have chronic right DNS with nose and ears Blockage (Patulous Eustachian Tube dysfunction) from last 1.5 years.
Since I am not able to get myself fixed. Already tried various meds, antibiotics, nasal decongestant meds, nasal sprays and homeopathic meds too. Is surgery is must now? Kindly review the attached photo and guide.
