About two years ago I had developed hearing issue , and upon consultation I found it was ear wax in right ear which was cleaned by dr and was able to hear again properly even a hush sound, but with time I had lost my heating again gradually I didn't realise this, after one year when I noticed I was unable to hear whispers and slow sounds I again consulted and dr told me there was no issue ,nerves were working properly but hearing test showed loss In right ear,(same in which wax was remvd) he advised me to use hearing aid otherwise it was fine and told me no need to worry , I didn't use hearing aid ,now after 2years condition is I'm.unable to hear even normal conversation, and I'm having pain in nerves in bck of ear of left ear(which was normal bfr) , upon touching nerves I feel sensation in ear , and I consulted dr he said is severe loss and use hearing aid ,my question is what could be the reason of this loss , and what if I start using aids, will it stop ? Plug your ears with cotton and sleep. You with be cured.
You need to visit an ENT Dr examination as well as audiimetry and ttmpanometry.

I already consulted different drs, I have a feeling that due to corona dr are not paying attention to detail examination of the patient, recently my dr just told me to use hearing aids, by looking at the reports of audiogram, I want to.ask in general will using aids worsen my nerves ?zda awaz kano ma jygi to nerves aor damage hngi ya km awaz se pressure develop hta hy us se drd hrha?

Before this and corona pandemic when I consulted a dr he examined in detail and concluded that I should use hearing aid on one ear because wax build up did dmage to ear and there was no other issue ,now I'm afraid they are not open for consultations , for now what should I do ,please guide me to.a best place for treatment this thank you

I did and it's showed moderate mild loss in one ear and moderately severe In other ear , can any one recommend guide me any treatment or place of treatment for this condition , is it progressive ?I'm worried I'll be deaf

Only solution is hearing aid until you have less then 30 percent hearing then you will go for surgery in which artificial implant will be placed in ear after removing defected bone

before trying hearing Aid,you may try these medicines for 8-10 weeks
tab serc 24mg twice
tab Ceregin 4.5 mg in the morning
tab neurobion twice

Ur test shows more conductive hearing loss in right ear and sensorineural h. loss in left ear. There are some questions related to your history. Its an open forum so not appropriate for detailed history.

Yes deviated septum but its not blocking my nose and according to dr its not a problem , no breathing issue
