From previous few days. I have issue in my left ear. Normally its fine but when i come to the silent place specially at night. A beep sound starts in my left ear. Kindly suggest : JazkALLAH

cap stugeron forte at night
initially for 1 week
may be due to earphones, because noise trauma can cause these symptoms, you may add betnesol N ear drops thrice

Sir actifed tabs are for cold and fever but i don't have such symptoms should i go for it?
