Talk to ENT on Allergy Or Something Else?

my mouth and throat is full of mucus everytime, which is why i cant eat spicy and fried food! Bcz whenever i eat spicy or fried food it gets soo worse that i have to spend half an hour gargling and spiting mucus! even without any spicy food my mouth is constantly filled with saliva and mucus, im sooo tired of it.. please suggest me what should i do? when i eat doctor's prescribed antibiotics and allergy medicine, it gets better for one week! and after that it's the same situation! i want to get rid of it permanently, please help me here!
