white spot on my right side tonsils from last month no pain no fever no bad breath but sometimes horness in voice for few minutes then everything is fine . any treatment for this problem without using antibiotics because I have some stomach issue so I can't use antibiotics.
It's look like tonsililolith means stone in tonsil Fossa it don't need any antibiotics. Need to visit ENT specialist if their is halitosis then it need to be removed surgically.
Otherwise no treatment needed.

yes if you have hoarseness of voice
you have to take some anti inflammatory medicine.
if you have no pain in throat you don't need to take antibiotics.
