Talk to Ent Specialist on Throat And Ear Pain

I am having slight pain in my throat since 2 months, in the start i was having slight ear pain also. 2 weeks ago i had lumps under chin and ear along with pain which were gone after gargles and care.

Today again i am having pain in throat and feeling slight lumps under my jaw and slight ear pain. Which necessary medicine should i take or should i continue with gargles and hot teas?
