Talk to Ent Specialist on Tears Comes Out Of The Eyes

Assalamualaikum, When I ride bike or sometimes without any reason i.e. while I'm in my room, tears comes out of the eyes. Sometimes it's too much while riding bike while sometimes I don't face this issue. Kindly tell me the reason of this issue. Is this dangerous or something to be notice ASAP? Whom should I consult for this issue (if it is a serious issue)?
