Talk to Ent Specialist on Sinus, Ear Pressure

I have sinus issues almost the whole year on and off for which I take an anti allergy and it goes away. Since a week I was feeling ear pressure and headache and was taking an antiallergy on and off but since three days there is too Much pressure sometimes in the head and sometimes in the ear. Mostly ears feel blocked. I am taking steam and fexet D and a nasal spray (once a day). Yesterday I couldn’t find the nasal spray and the ears felt blocked again. Took steam for a few minutes but the pressure is still there on and off. Can I use ear drops? It’s mostly on one side since my nose bone is bent so my ent said ek side or ziada pressure ajata hai but because of Coronavirus I don’t want to go To an ent pls help. Also, how do I know if it’s an infection? I don’t have fever or sore throat or runny nose.
