Talk to Ent Specialist on Sinogram For Pilonidal Sinus

I have been advised to take a sinogram before my surgery of pilonidal sinus. Can someone please guide me what sinogram is and if I'll be able to continue my daily activity after taking it. Also what lab in lahore provides is facility with a relatively lower cost.
