Aslamu alaikum, Sir maira Nose block rehta ha aur night ma jis side pr sota hon us side ki tarf sa nose full block ho jata ha.jis sa mujy bahot irritation hoti ha.ma na aik saal pehly check kraya tha tb mujy operation k liy kaha tha, abi dosry Doctor sb na check kia ha to unhon na mujy kaha ha k apko Allergic Rhinitis ha, aur sath Rinoclenil nasal spray aur anti allergic tablets use krwa rhy hn, ab 2 weeks ho giy hn but problem not solved. ma apny nose ma light ki help sa daikhta hn to mujy swallowing polyps nazr aty hn.plz said ma a proper solution. Allergic rhinitis can cause all these problems. But for a better diagnosis you can do a CT scan Paranasal Sinus. This can clear many doubts. Plain x-rays has no role. Avoid all allergic factors from having cold and citrus to AC etc. No plants or pets at home. Don't use any strong smells like parfums. Rhinoclenil is good spray but needs to be used for a long time like 45 days or 60 days.
I usually don't advise anti allergic tablets. Follow this if you want to have a change in your medicines.
1) Fluticasone nasal spray 2 puffs both sides of nose 60 days.
2) Tab Monteleukast 10mg, a tablet in evening time for 60 days
3) Xylometazoline nasal drops 2 drops three times per day in both nostrils for 10 days only. If in doubts about nasal polyp vs need of a surgery, take a second opinion. Also see how to use nasal spray in proper way on YouTube. Between spray and drops give atleast half an hour gap.

Sir abi ma Rinoclenil(Beclomethasone) spray and Montelukast 10 mg tablets use kr rha hn.
sir abi mairi ye condition ha k Nose ki aik side full block ha and second is half open. after some time jo side full block ha wo half open ho jiy aur jo open hoti ha wo block ho jati ha. mostly in sleeping time.
sir if u strongly recommended to change the medicine than i will do it.
