Talk to Ent Specialist on Neuropsychologist/ENT

My brother is suspected to have Bell's palsy which went unnoticed for 1.5 years but doctors suggest it was mild and he has recovered from it. He has got deviated nasal septum and nose blockage on his left side. He feels muscle numbness and loss of sensation in half of the body. So is it due to his sinus problem or should I consult a neurologist also.
