Hi my mother is experiencing pain and some sort of involuntary movement/vibration of neck iam attaching her xray and vitamin d and calcium and phosphate results below can you please guide me thank you and also of someone could read xray report bcx i cant read it

Its cervical spine spondylosis. It occurs with increasing age in some people.
There is straightening of c spine plus some wear and tear signs of vertebrae and intervening discs.
Is there any weakness, pain or nhmbness in her arms and hands?
please give her Vitamin D and calcium supplements. it is age related process. In case of severe pain. she cab use good analgesics.

If there is no weakness and numbness in arms and hands then i think neuro consultation is not necessary.
Treatment includes
1. painkillers
2.soft collar or brace for neck
3.physiotherapy for maintaining good posture and some exercises as the physiotherapist advises
