Salam whene ever I lie down to sleep or it is quite room i hear a continious sound of like wisteling beep o hear in my left hear ot seems noise is coming from back of my head mostly when i lye down sometimes when i am working in a quite place I hear or sometime in day time when i feel sleepy or in night when i lie down to sleep i do not hesr every day but majority time feeling so upset please suggest me thank you

get ur pta done nd consult ent specialist for examination of ur ears
You should consult your ENT doctor who will check your ears and maybe perform few blood tests

I need detail History and examination of ear nose & throat. There multiple cause of tinnitus of ear.
Cause external ear ,middle ear & internal ear.
Wax ,otitis media and decrease hearing conductive / sensinueral.
Possible cause.
