Talk to Ent Specialist on Head Spinning

M facing this problem on and off. I often feel head spinning and imbalance in walking. It's like andar se sar ghoomta hai or esa lgta hai kay I will fell down. Sometime if I chnge posture like look down or left or right I feel sudden se sar ghoomna like ek jhatka sa ana. M so worried what is the reason. And yes mje nzla b rehta hai or mucus b mouth m ata hai. Some time I feel pain in forehead and back side of head. And also where should I get myself chk neuro ent or what?
