I have some white patches on tongue.. Its more when getting up in the morning i will sratch them with brush they remove but after some time in a day it again appears kindly suggest some test or medicine doctor give antibiotics of high dose it disappears but after som days it appears again
its oral thrush n its due to fungal infection n lack of minor vitamins...dakterine oral gel four times a day..n start taking fresh fruits n vegetables
