Talk to Ent Specialist on Eye Cataract Surgery

I want to ask about the new generation of IOL. I find on the internet, that there are multifocal, trifocal, EDOF ( extended-depth-of-focus IOL), Medennium Smart IOL, What is available in Pakistan, which can correct the distance, intermediate and near vision all for a 45 year man, without compromising the quality of vision. Kindly advice.
