In pic there's congestion and some sputum on throat. You need to tell if you've history of recurrent sore throats and/or nasal allergy? Or this is the first time?

use the following meds.
1) Xylometazoline nasal spray 2 puffs both sides of nose for 10 days. After 10 days SHOULD STOP.
Use Fluticasone Nasal spray 2 puffs twice per day for 60 days in both sides of nose. Use this spray after half an hour of the first one. See the internet on proper techniques of using spray in nose.
Tab Paracetamol 1gm use it every 8 hrly for a few days and in between if you've more pain add tab Diclofenac 50mg twice per day too. Use any mouth gargles available twice per day. Avoid cold and citrus.

you've a nasal allergy problem. Because of which one side is closed other is working and vice versa. Use the sprays as mentioned and In-sha-Allah it'll help. I forgot to mention that Xylometazoline needs to be used three times per day. Avoid strong smells, pets, do dry cleaning of home like via vaccum, avoid dust and AC ..... these are factors that increases allergy.
