Asking For Self, Male 24, Lahore

Hello Doctors, I'm facing this issue for many years. I feel like vomiting or throwing up when i brush my teeth for more than 30 seconds also while smoking without any candy or drinks and eating a bubble gum for 1 minute . Please tell me what could be the reason for this is it something i should worry about? Is there a medicine i should take to get rid of this problem. Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you

There can be several reasons why one throws up while brushing. One can have a very sensitive throat, which prevents anything from entering. Thus the trickle of water or paste mixed with saliva may cause sensation to throw up. If one brushes very hard, pushing brush inside it may irritate the throat inducing nausea.

this looks like symptoms of Gastritis. some basic life style changes:Stop tea, coffee, spicy food. Take your timely. Avoid cabbage, capsicum, citrus fruits ( for a while). Don't drink water with food, take after 40 min. as much as you want thereafter. Don't lie down immediately after food. Finish your night meal by 8.30 pm maximum. Go to bed after minimum 1 hour after dinner. Always keep your stomach 1/4 th empty. You can divide your meal into 5-6 times a day. Avoid the particular food, which you observed that after taking you feel bloating, fullness, upper abdominal pain/ discomfort, reflux symptoms etc. Take tab. PANTODAC DSR (1-0-1) half an hour before meal for 7 days.syrup Gaviscon 10 ml three Times a day after meal for 10 days. Report the progress.
