Talk to Ent Specialist on Ear Pain And Probable TMJ

Asking for Self, Male, 26 years old, Karachi

Hello, I've been having this sharp pain in and around my right ear and jaw since Wednesday. It's not very bad but it's bothering me and making things uneasy. Is it TMJ? How long should I wait for it to get better on its own before going to an ENT specialist? I've got no fever or sore throat of any sort. Thanks in advance.
