If you are having recurrent discharge from your ears then make sure you keep your ears dry because of perforation. Take cotton wool and soak it in petroleum jelly and plug your ear before having shower. IF still ears are discharging then you will need surgery to repair your ear drum.
Dear sir , as you have mentioned you have perforated ear drum which get
infected on and off. You might need surgery and repair of your drum. Please
consult an ENT Specialist.
Blast can result in perforation of ear drum. Check out my study " Effects of bomb blast injury on the ears: The Aga Khan University Hospital experience"(https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/042-32591427, ).With a perforation in place you wll continue to get infection, medicines will provide temporary relief.Permenant solution is surgical repair.Kindly visit for management plan.
