Whenever I wake up my left ear often stops. It feels like my ear are full or I eat some spicy food. Even then my ear are closed. I have had this problem for three to four years...Even three years ago I showed it to the doctor and he said that your eardrum is fine..I feel like I have a cold but my cold does not flow..What could be the problem?I can't use any ear drops because I get nervous after using them..Tell me a solution. I'm so fed up with this.

you may have eustachian tube obstruction but you should check clinically from nearby ENT Surgeon, there may be hidden problem in the nose which can affect the ear
