I was having itching in ears band b horahy thy to main may waxaid drops Daly. . our os k baad main ear pin se kafi Gund nikala our ears khul gye but left ear se blood any laga with out pain. .I was feeling my left year v dry Also. . mujhy bohat dar lag Raha. . Kya main ne ear drum rupture ker liya hay ya yeh wese dry skin de Aya blood. . plz reply m too much upset 😞

Yes there's always a possibility of ear drum trauma when using ear buds/pins/Qtips etc for ear cleaning. They aren't recommended. The best option for confirmation is a visit to your physician for an examination of your ear via otoscope. Secondly sometimes the wax that comes out is liquid in consistency and reddish in color, often mistaken as blood too. Anyways you need a visit. For time being, avoid further attempts of cleaning, don't use ear drops, and avoid water going inside the ears (use swmmers ear plugs).

thank u do much. .bcuz of carona opd clinics are close here. .can I use ear drops?and oral antibiotics like otofloxcacine?I know that I have hurt ear drum with hair pin...And my ears r still itchy.

examination is very important through which i can see the status of ear drum . ( pani se bachaye k pani kaan me na jaye. tab arinac 1+1 use karen.thank you

Use Otosporin ear drops 2 drops three times per day for 3/4 days. Any pain killer medicines will do to alleviate pain like Paracetamol. Don't use ear drops for long time bec if any small recent ear drum perforation is there the healing will be hampered by drops if use for long time. 3/4 days not a problem.
