Hi. Has she done any other tests as well or only TSH ? What about FT4 when first time done ?What is the medicine and dose ? Does she have any symptoms? Has she done antibodies tests ? Thyroid issues could be temporary or permanent and especially during pregnancy demands for thyroxine could be increased. So better to consult an endocrinologist for proper assessment and further plan.

thanks for your advice. tsh went up to 0.75 after stopping thyroxine 50 mg daily dose after advice of consultant. Will take another tsh test after a month.
