My height is 4.8 and im 20 years old. Im looking for some solution for my height i want to increase my height atleast 3-4 inches what im suppose to do? Ive already tried medicines and exercises. Pls help me pls

If bones are fused per xray. No remedy will work.....Rather getting any growth hormone preparation will lead to side effects only....take care

sir i'm male and my age is 20 my height is 5 feet 5.5 inches (166.37 cm) me and my younger brother both had tonsils since childhood.. younger bhai ka operation hova Bcz he was so feeble lakin mene operation nahi karwaya mere younger bhai ki hieght ab 5 feet 10 inches hai jab k meri height usay choti hai as i have mentioned above ...mene aik din net per dekha kay Human growth hormone say height increase hosakti is lye men Doctor say consult karna chahta hun please help me .,......and is there any need of refer to get appointment ?
