i am a hyperthyroid patient since oct 2017 and i am taking neomarcazole 1 tablet in the morning after breakfast as recommended by my dr. recently i got my tests done and my FT3 and FT4 are in range but my Serum TSH is slightly elevated like the range is till 4.2 and mine is 4.7 Is there something to worry about or is it fine? if you are not married and not pregnant then this is the upper limit of normal range for TSH. but if you are pregnant, then you should reduce the dose of Neomercazole. So that TSH should come a little bit down and T4 increases.

ok. In that case you can continue sane dose and repeat TSH after 6 weeks.
