Talk to Endocrinologist on RED BLOOD CELL

I was feeling tired and fatigue so doctor recommended me to do CBC test. Here is my CBC report ,kindly tell me if this is normal or not. Does normocytic normochromic means I have any severe infection because google says this condition occurs due to chronic infection and in some cases cancer might cause this disease so I am kinda worried? but my doctor says this is a normal report. but google says something else .so whom should I trust? kindly help me hemoglobin is 14.4 in case not visible.
