Talk to Endocrinologist on Prolactin

If someone has slightly high prolactin level already ,can loose bra also contribute in increased prolatin level? I i have high prolactin issues when i brotin it decreases but when i leave it i starts increasing ... it fluctuates arounf 7,25,35 all of the hormonal tests are normal , Negative pregnancy test. I was busy in weddings for a week couldnt take brotin ,plus my bra was also loose , i checked ,pressed my nipple today extracted yellow liquid

Yes nipple stimulation is a reason for mildly raised Prolactin 20-50 ... but brotin should not be used. U need to have indication before starting dopamine agonists like brotin or dostinex. And indications are 1- Infertility 2- menstrual issues 3- milk discharge .. and when around 100 prolactin need to check MRI for Prolactinoma
