Assalam o Alaikum. meri ammi ko Diabetes hy jo k Alhamdulilla controlled hy... kiu k mai frequently check krta rehta hn... Masla ye hy k un ki legs mai pain oss waqt hoti hy jab wo chalti hain... agr beth jayen to khare hone mai problem hoti hy or agr khari hon to bethne mai problem hoti hy... resting condition mai pain bilkul nahi hoti.. Please suggest me To which doctor we should go? Jazak Allah

She should be seen initially by a good general practitioner, or an endocrinologist - as we first need to sort out if she has problem with circulation, or spine , it does not sound like neuropathy. Based on exam appropriate testing such as arterial dopplers ( if indicated) should be ordered and referral can be done once initial diagnosis is made.
