am hypothyroid taking 125 and 100 mg levothyroxine at alter days.having strong palpitation at night .and some weired wave like sensation from legs to head.also pain in neck joint backache shoulder and heels specially early morning .

When did last time you have gone for ypur tsh?
I would suggest to get your thyroid function test done first to ensure EUTHYROID status bio chemically.
If its normal than thyroid issue is out of the equation.
Also check your vitamin D levels.
