Hyperprolactemia is curable ? How long it take to resolve hyperprolactemia those who have level 39.5 no pcos other thing took brotin for 3 month regular fr 3 month than irregular again wil it resolve after taking brotin again?n fr how many month should it take again?

And stop taking brotin on dr advice took on oct , till dec , now cause pf lockdown cnt go to visit its been 50 day of cycle no period should i start taking again as she precribe earlier or nt?and if yes fr how long?
