Talk to Endocrinologist on Hirsutism
Asking for Self, Female, 29 years old, Islamabad
I am 29 years old. I don't really have any symptoms of PCOS except for hirsutism. I was considering laser hair removal but my dermatologist suggested to get my hormonal profile done to be on the safe side. Are the attached reports normal? Do I need to get my pelvic ultrasound done? The tests were done on the 3rd day of menstrual cycle. Do I need to visit a gynecologist in person?

If you have thick hairs or moderate hairs on face then you can have benefit from laser but if you have fine or very thin hairs on face dont go for laser. Further details will be through consultation
