Talk to Endocrinologist on Hemorrhoids

I am suffering from hamoerroids since last 6 or 7 months. During Ramzan, it was seemed that my hemorrhoids are better and the went inside the rectum but it has again come out and causing pain and discomfort. furthermore constipation again has started. I want to ask whether should I get removed hemorrhoids from surgeon or is there any other treatment aval. Sir, please advise.
