I m facing harmonal issue ...but now a days I have Ants in my washroom which is alarming for me ...is it the only symptom of diabtese or could b any other reason ...?? because I m not diabetic

may be you have had eaten some food that contains much quantity of sugars....
because extra quantities are extracted out from body automatically like this sometimes....

so i should avoid sugars? now a days m trying to take sugar in form of fruits.....no other sugar..
