If you have stopped breastfeeding 2 yrs ago and still have discharge from one breast then it is abnormal and needs evaluation- have your Gynecologist examine the breasts and order imaging if needed ( breast ultrasound etc)- to exclude hormonal causes have TSH, Free T4 and Prolactin levels drawn. If abnormal see local endocrinologist .
