Hi there. That’s not how you lose weight. You need to start taking a well-balanced plan that has all the nutrients so that you won’t feel fatigued.

Trainers have zero knowledge about Nutrition unless they have a degree for it they must never be allowed to give out nutrition advices like this. What he told you is insane and so wrong. Do not listen to him.
Eat properly and mindfully.
For proper diet consultation, consult a Dietitian only.

Nutritionist in Gujrat - Ms. Komal Gull

No obviously not ! Healthy way to loose your weight is just take your calories according to your body needs. There is no need to starving yourself . Infact starving your self and doing egg diet, slowdown your metabolism and you gain more weight after that. Just focusing on what you eat ! Healthy or unhealthy

no this is not a healthy weight loss. you should eat from every food group. quantity and choices should be managed to manage weight. You can eat from every food group the only thing you need to do is, think wisely while selecting the food. drink plenty of water and eat fresh.

That's definitely not appropriate way to lose weight. You should consult a Nutrition Expert for weight loss. Gradual decrease of your caloric intake per day is ideal for weight loss according to how your metabolism works. Consult a Nutritionist/Dietitian for more detailed Understanding. Stay healthy!
