im a doctor by profession..my weight is 75kg recently i started gym in fasting..my fitness trainer said that i must eat only 250gm curd or 2 boiled eggs in sehri and only water melon in iftaar that's it no dinner..i did it 2 days and i felt so lethargic and headache..so is it healthy way of loosing weight?? What is the healthy way of loosing weight??

This is not at all a diet recommended with workout. You need macronutrients calculated according to your body weight plis the type of work out you are performing.

Trainers have zero knowledge about Nutrition unless they have a degree for it they must never be allowed to give out nutrition advices like this. What he told you is insane and so wrong. Do not listen to him.

Infact starving your self and doing egg diet, slowdown your metabolism and you gain more weight after that. Just focusing on what you eat ! Healthy or unhealthy
