2.4kg weightloss per month can or cannot be normal. Depends on you weight before pregnancy, your own natural metabolism, and other lifestyle factors. 51 is an ideal weight for many women. If you are not experiencing any negative health problems and have energy to look after your children, I wouldn't worry too much unless you keep losing more weight.
depending upon your height and weight, u need few suggestions for your nutritional wellbeing, book an appointment with me thanks
It is normal to reduce 2 to 3 kg in a month but also depending upon the diet and lifestyle you maintained during this period.. Exclusive breastfeed also helps.. But cant be sure in your case unless proper assessment is done.
What was your weight before delivery? Exclusive breastfeeding helps in weight loss, other factors that can contribute is your lifestyle if you are following a diet regime and activities. You may need fresh fruits and vegetables and good diet to maintain the nutrient levels.
I'll suggest you that you should take balanced diet. Also tell us that what was your weight before delivery. If before delivery it was around 49kg then 51kg now is normal. but if it was above 51kg then there must be an issue. maybe you're not taking enough diet and have a strict daily routine. Please share more details.
