I was 80kg with 5.4 height now I m 77kg after 1month having barley porridge+1boiled egg+1cup tea in breakfast ...fruits or vegetables with yogurt in day meal and in dinner one chapati with salan along with that I m not using white sugar from 2 years and also have no junk food intake with this routine I lose 3 kg in first 3 weeks but after that with the same routine no change in weight loss still it is 77.I m also facing irregular periods 1year back after my marriage until now......but from last 5 months there is a little change that I have periods on time but in first four days they appear scanty afterwards the bleeding come normal for more 5 days.....please guide what to do ?

You can use 1tbsp isbaghol+1glass lukwarm milk before 2 hr going to bed and in Pre-Breakfast use 1tbsp chiaseed in 1 glass lukewarm water
